Born in 1987 and based in La Paz, Bolivia, NOYA, Noellia Becerra has created a unique artistic path that fuses contemporary ceramics with art and function in a deeply personal way. Her work seeks intimate encounters with viewers, inviting them to rediscover beauty in the chaotic human experience.

Formally trained in Architecture (UMSA, La Paz), Noellia’s practice is grounded in a strong understanding of form and space. She transitioned her focus to ceramics, studying at the National Academy of Fine Arts and then specializing in contemporary craft in Barcelona at La Massana and La Industrial. This dual background in structure informs her unique approach to form and concept, with works held in private collections in Europe, the Americas, and Australia.
